We assign each of our pieces a unique number which includes the date, the age of the artist, and the number of the bowl in the order of when it was finished.  For example, the numbers on the bottom of the first bowl read as follows: 071704201 (07 being the month, 17 being the day, 04 being the year, 20 being the age of the artist, and 1 being the first bowl.)

July 17, 2004 was the first day our bowls were offered for sale. The first thirteen bowls were marked with an asterisk after the date and age of the artist to note that they were given away at our opening exhibition.  For example: 07170420*

Bowls also bear the branding mark of My Dad & Me, Inc., as well as the signature of the artist wood-burned into the bottom.
